Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on sourcearchive.store.

Digital supplier access
Supplier Access products, such as Plush Supplier Access, are digital content. Your access link is sent to your email address right after payment.

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, provided that you gave your express consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. We confirm this in your order confirmation email.

When we will always help
- Your access email did not arrive within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it
- Your access link does not work and we cannot fix it
- You were charged twice for the same order

In these cases we will fix the problem or refund you in full.

What is not covered
Access cannot be refunded after delivery because of changed plans, or because resale results were different from what you expected. Resale prices and profit depend on many factors and are never guaranteed.

Physical bundles
Plush bundles ordered in the private supplier shop are separate purchases with their own return and withdrawal policy, shown in that shop.
