Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases on sourcearchive.store, operated by Source Archive. Our full business details, including our registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), are listed in our Contact Information.

1. What we sell
We sell digital Supplier Access: a one-time purchase that gives you access to a private supplier shop where you can order products, such as plush bundles, at supplier prices. Products in the supplier shop are paid for separately.

2. Delivery
Access is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Personal use
Your access is personal. You may not share, resell or publish your access link or the contents of the supplier shop. We may suspend access that is shared or misused.

4. No guaranteed results
We select products we believe are interesting to resellers, but we do not guarantee any resale price, demand or profit. Your results depend on things outside our control, such as the market, your listings and the platforms you sell on.

5. Your responsibilities as a reseller
You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you sell on, and for any business registration and tax obligations that apply to your reselling.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your access, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
